Rotarian Ken Weaver read a letter from a Rotarian from the Wilmington, NC Rotary Club talking about the significant losses of property from the recent hurricane that are causing daily hardships for the people in the local communities in the area. The need is great. Jami Reever indicated that tax deductible donations payable to the United Way of the Flint Hills and labelled NC Hurricane Relief, will be forwarded to the Rotary Club of Wilmington, NC to be spent in the appropriate manner. Jami will be taking donations at the next two Rotary Club meetings (October 30 and November 6).
